Do you keep spare parts kits for your guns?
Just wondering if people have spare parts kits? If you have them, did you buy them as a kit or by individual parts to make your own kit (what's in your kit?)
-Thanks I found some glock kits at Glockmiester and saw some kits at bushmaster for AR15's: http://glockmeister.com/product_info...roducts_id=248 - Complete Parts Replacement Kit http://glockmeister.com/product_info...roducts_id=234 - Glock emergency field replacement spring kit http://www.bushmaster.com/products.asp?cat=501# - Scroll to "Complete AR15 Spare Parts Kit w/ Rifle Buffer" and "Emergency Survival Kit". http://shootersdiscount.com/cart/ind...&productId=925 - Ruger 10/22 OEM Tune Up Kit |

Naaaaaa....I just stock spare guns, for parts or whatever.

Re: Do you keep spare parts kits for your guns?
I stock ONE parts kit for every two AK's I own. Got them several years ago when they were plentiful and cheap. Everything BUT the receiver.
Plus an armorer's kit for my CZ52's which can rebuild up to ten CZ52's. Includes one spare barrel. Several recoil springs, hand grips, and all sorts of other little bits that could become worn over time. Plus I went to gunsmithing school over 12 years ago and have not only the knowledge, but the ability to build broken parts from blank steel. By hand or with a machine shop. |

The only gun I have spare parts for is my AR. I bought the full package of springs and pins. It's the only gun I have spare parts for so far. It's my only rifle. I also have 3 handguns and 3 shotguns.

Firearms are so dirt cheap that I just buy extras.
